Before using these wrist wraps, I used to be really intimidated by increasing the weight at the gym, because I have quite weak wrists, as well as a few previous wrist sprain injuries. But since, I've been able to actually get serious in the gym and practice progressive overload properly, because I am no longer afraid of wrist injury. I've seen so much progress and have felt so much more confident since using the wrist wraps, so would definitely recommend to anyone, who is at any stage of their gym journey.
I use these in the gym as well as cheerleading practise and the difference they make is insane. I don't have any pain in my wrists anymore and feel so much more supported in my lifting. They are extremely comfortable and sleek. They arrived in great time and the packaging is great as they come in a small bag to keep them in or double up as a washbag etc. 10/10 recommend, such a great product for such a small price :)
